When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
The arrival date is based on the approximate number of days required to process, manufacture, package, and deliver your order from all the different artisans. Average delivery of items is typically 5-14 business days from the order being placed. For all available products, the typical arrival date is typically 3-5 business days.
- If your order is placed before the cutoff time on business days (Monday through Friday), your order processing will begin that day.
- If your order is placed on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on business days, your order processing will begin the next business day.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
Lyght can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. To protect our customers and artisans against fraud, Lyght will confirm with your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file that differs from your billing address. Simply call your credit card or issuing bank and provide them with the alternate shipping address provided to us.
If you are not available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location. This will allow you to sign for and pick up your package at your leisure. Please put FedEx location in Address Line 2. Find the FedEx location nearest you.
You'll find your method of free shipping listed on the shipping section within the checkout process. Your are order will be shipped via FedEx 2Day® delivery, or USPS Priority. We will provide a tracking number linked to the shipping service chosen by Lyght. To expedite your order with a faster processing and shipping method for a small fee please call 1-800-730-0763 option 4.
For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all shipments, regardless of any signed waivers you may have with FedEx or USPS.
Lyght will only ship to a street address or FedEx location, not a P.O. Box address.

- If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Call 1 800-730-0763 option and we will take care of it.
Shipping To APO & FPO
Lyght will ship any order under $25,000 to an APO / FPO address via USPS Priority Mail.
As of right now Lyght does not ship orders internationally.
Shipment Of Diamonds, Jewelry & Rings
Each item will be placed in a sophisticated Lyght jewelry box .
All loose diamonds and custom pieces of art will be delivered via FedEx Priority Overnight®. Loose diamonds will be shipped in a Lyght stone display box along with all GIA paperwork.

Our Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction with our fine art pieces is guaranteed. If an item or items is not up to your standards, it may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from when it was received. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained first before return shipping. To receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States follow the steps outlined below. As always our return process is always FREE!
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation condition and shipped with 15 days of original receiving date.
To accelerate an exchange for a different item, it is recommended to return the item for refund and immediately place a new order for the desired item. Allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be completed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 1 800-730-0763. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of signed receipt of your order. Lyght will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Please call a Lyght Specialist at 1 800-730-0763 for exchange, repair, resize, or to report damage or defect. These cannot be set up online and require assistance. We recommend that you package your items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for articles that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
Please allow an average of 2 weeks for full processing. Our jewelry specialists will review the returned item. A refund and return cannot be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, resized (by a jeweler other than Lyght), or damaged. Please allow another 7 - 10 days after processing for your credit card, PayPal, or bank to post credit against your account.
Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Loose Diamonds purchased may not be returned for credit, though can be upgraded in our Lyght Diamond Upgrade Program. Special and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns without a Lyght RMA code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly packaged items will be refused upon receipt. Returns received with missing product or paperwork will not be processed.
How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange
Jewelry items and Diamonds for upgrade to Lyght, follow the below process:
- For all returns call 1 800-730-0763 and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code. For all returns, write this code on the outside of the original box you are returning.
- Package Your Return. Please use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and all documentation material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $300 for replacement cost. For security reasons, DO NOT write Lyght anywhere on the outside of the box.
We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Once your return is received by Lyght, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt. Processing occurs Monday through Friday. Failure to obtain a Return Authorization code, or include Diamond Grading Report(s) will delay the return process.
When your return is entered in as received, the return is inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process. If we have any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed for a refund. Please allow an additional 2-4 days.
If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation the day it ships. Credit card purchases, PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from the date that Lyght has received your return for complete funds reimbursement. For bank wire purchases under US $1000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account only.
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Lyght Art, Jewelry & Diamond Specialist at 1 800-730-0763. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Order changes may result in a shipping delay. Special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped will not be changed for any reason. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a return once you received the shipment.
